Not much August left, so I'd better make a note here about my class--a real one, mind you, not one of my heuristic ones--at U of T starting in a couple of weeks. It's a course on environmentalism, and was listed in the Comp Lit calendar with the bizarre but not uninteresting title "Psychogeographies" (which I'll be sure to use for some course or other one of these days). It's real title is, more prosaically, "Nature's Futures," although its psychogeographical trajectory will make an interesting subtext. The books for the course are trickling in over at The Woman's Bookstore on Harbord (near Spadina, I think, across from Atticus).
